serene escape in a quiet neighborhood
serene canal warm welcome helpful staff hotel cleanliness
the hotel is next to a canal in a safe area. i appreciated the warm welcome i got from the front desk staff late at night. they prepared a snack with toast and cheese for us, very nice. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me, and the staff was very helpful.

missing prosecco unacknowledged concerns
the room was lovely with a super comfortable large bed. it was cleaned every day.
i really wanted to like this place. i stayed in a junior general suite but never received the bottle of prosecco promised on their website for the room i reserved. my friend got a bottle and was told we needed to share, even though we had separate reservations. the hotel staff never acknowledged or took accountability for the things that were promised but not delivered. it was clear the concerns reported did not matter to them.

useful suggestions quiet location helpful staff unattended shards non cold fridge
The staff offered useful suggestions about places to visit. it was fine. the hotel is also close to everything. it is still quiet.
The minibar fridge in the room was not cold. they did not double check the floor to ensure all shards were cleared. I had broken a glass in the bedroom and informed reception.
